Top Tips For Training At Home

1. Have a plan

We don’t plan to fail, we fail to plan. This is very true when it comes to achieving our health and fitness goals. So, make it easy and get yourself a program from a fitness professional that is specific to your goals.

2. Set a goal and be accountable

It’s amazing how much further we will go when we are held to account. Like a plan, this is also true for our health and fitness goal. So write it down and tell the world.

3. 80% consistency will get you there, so don’t sweat

Heath and fitness isn’t an all or nothing affair. Everyone has days when a workout is just beyond us. Don’t sweat it, maintaining at least 80% consistency to your program will deliver the majority of the results you’re seeking. We will cover more on mindset is a future post.

4. Progress not perfection.

Every workout, every walk and every healthy choice, no matter how small, adds up to a big result.
