With the notion that health and fitness is more than just a “3 times a week” routine, but rather a lifestyle, lived day-to-day, we launched into personal training and coaching in 2015.
When we were asking ourselves, whether we would be able to offer something different to other fitness studios, we found the answer.
Our personal approach, real-world experience, commitment to continual education and a training philosophy based on real science is that difference.
